la cachette bistro

So I feel kinda late in this blogging game, but La Cachette Bistro gave me the extra kick. Every bite that I took at La Cachette reminded me how fortunate I am to eat the food I eat. Every bite was true French heaven.  My friend Gosia Voltat (whose husband Jerome Voltat is an amazing French Chef) introduced us to Master Chef Jean Francois Meteigner, the owner and chef of La Cachette. He and his staff made this experience very memorable.  It was a pleasure to meet Chef Jean Francois. Gosia, Jennifer (my fellow foodie), and I pretty much ate everything as usual...here is a taste of what we had: oysters, lobster and blue crab bisque, crab and avocado tower, special prawn risotto, hazelnut macaroons (we had 3 desserts ;) )
